Welcome to Year R
-
We would like to invite parents and children to our setting for an informal welcome meeting. During this time, there will be an opportunity to meet the Senior Leadership Team and Early Years team, as well as complete the necessary joining paperwork.
If you have not already visited the school, there will also be an opportunity to tour the Year R base. We recognise the importance of external agencies that support some of our youngest children, so we will also have provider stalls available.

You are welcome to bring your own food too - please be mindful that we encourage healthy food choices and are a nut-free school. Please bring a teddy bear and a cushion or rug. Playtime fun… all on your own!
Children are invited to attend this session independently without their grown-ups. This is an opportunity for your child to experience a short school session and build confidence ahead of September. We hope you can join us for these sessions as we support the start of your child’s learning journey.
We may need to personalise these starting-school arrangements for children who require a more gradual, bespoke start to school.
