Travel Ambassadors:

A new school year is here, and we’re excited to get everyone moving and making active travel part of our daily routine!

We’re delighted to announce that we have selected our new Junior Travel Ambassadors (JTAs). Our JTAs will play an important role in helping the school improve active travel. They’ll be working with pupils and staff to encourage more people to walk, cycle, scoot and use other active ways to travel to school.

Our Travel Tracker is now live, so don’t forget to log your journey every day! Whether you walk, cycle, scoot or use another active form of travel, make sure your journey is recorded. Every journey counts and helps us see how our school community is travelling.

There are also lots of exciting things to look forward to, including upcoming travel competitions with opportunities to get involved, have fun and win some great prizes for our school!

And don’t forget to keep an eye out for Walktober, which will be starting soon! It’s a fantastic opportunity to get active, walk more and encourage friends and family to join in.
