Junior Travel Ambassadors:

Our Junior Travel Ambassadors (JTAs) have been busy this week delivering Active Travel badges to children who have been making a fantastic effort to walk, wheel, scoot, or cycle to school.

The badges are a way of celebrating pupils who are choosing active and sustainable ways to travel. Not only does active travel help children stay healthy and active, but it also reduces traffic around the school gates and helps improve air quality for everyone in our school community.

The JTAs have enjoyed handing out badges and congratulating their fellow pupils on their achievements. Over the coming weeks, they will continue to monitor how pupils travel to school and look for opportunities to reward active travellers. Let's see if we can hand out even more badges over the next couple of months! Keep an eye out for exciting active travel competitions coming soon, with more chances to get involved and win rewards.
