It has been great to welcome back every little smiley face this week after the Easter break. 

During this week every child has had the opportunity to explore soil and plant a very special sunflower seed. We are all looking forward to watching them sprout into seedlings before they are able to be sent home. The children loved choosing their own seed from a variety of different types of sunflowers. 

We have also been exploring our nursery allotment patch and have managed to weed a full vegetable bed before we planted green beans and pumpkin seedlings. 'We did get muddy but had great fun!
