School Council

‘Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much...’

Here at Mansel Park Primary and Nursery School we are incredibly proud of our School Council team. Representatives are elected from each of the classes every year across the school.

Candidates for School Council have to present a speech to their peers on why they believe that their attributes best fit the role of a school councillor representative. Children across the school will be thinking about how they would make our school a better place and how this contributes to being ‘an architect of a better world’. Their peers will then vote for the people they believe would do the best job based on their vision, values and morals.

Well done to all children who bravely took part in school councillor speeches and elections. We are incredibly proud of every child that participated. Well done to the following children who will be representing their year group and classes this year as part of our School Council:
